Job summary

Bambini Childcare is seeking a highly organized coordinator to support daily operations of our Montessori-based early childhood program for children aged infant to 5 years. The Administrator works with the Center Director to ensure compliance with MSDE/OCC regulations and maintains clear communication with staff and families.

Responsibilities include scheduling, record-keeping, enrollment tasks, billing oversight, and assisting with onboarding and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination as required by MSDE/OCC.
• Certification requirements: CPR/First Aid, Basic Health & Safety, 9-Hour Communication.
• At least 3 years experience in a licensed child care or school setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director in daily administrative operations, including staffing, scheduling, and record-keeping.
• Maintain accurate child, staff, and enrollment records in compliance with MSDE and OCC.
• Assist with family communication, inquiries, enrollment, and tour coordination.
