Reporting to the Director of Early Childhood, this full-time, non-supervisory role emphasizes reliability, confidentiality, and teamwork as it ensures smooth daily operations and compliance across Early Childhood programs.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide substitute coverage in Toddler and Primary classrooms following established plans and routines.
• Maintain organized files for licensing, accreditation, and program records.
• Communicate student, family, and program information professionally and confidentially.

Responsibilities

• Provide planned and short-notice substitute coverage in Toddler, Primary, and MPC/ASE classrooms as assigned.
• Maintain classroom environments, supervise students, and ensure health and safety standards.
• Maintain and organize licensing, recognition, and accreditation records and documentation.
• Track deadlines, trainings, and reporting requirements; notify Director of gaps or issues.
• Coordinate with Human Resources and program leadership to support onboarding and compliance.
