Responsibilities

• Helps the classroom teacher prepare and distribute lesson materials.
• Instructs students under supervision of the classroom teacher.
• Maintains individual student records when asked.
• Keeps the classroom neat, clean and orderly to provide work and study areas.
• Uses resources to support learning activities in the classroom, CMA and the community.
• Demonstrates effective classroom techniques and fosters respect and independent thought.
• Works cooperatively with parents and builds guardians' confidence.
• Guides children in harmonious play and learning with peers.
• Displays professional conduct reflecting on CMA.
• Carries out duties assigned by the principal and Choice Schools Associates.
