Qualifications

• Bachelor degree preferred (or equivalent experience working with children).
• Experience working with elementary-aged students.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable using technology and online learning platforms.
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff and students.
• Passion for creativity, entrepreneurship, and global learning.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the lead teacher in preparing the classroom for instruction.
• Distribute lesson materials as directed by the classroom teacher.
• Instruct students under supervision of the classroom teacher.
• Maintain individual student records when asked.
• Keep classroom neat and orderly to support learning.
• Support learning activities in the classroom, MMA and the community.
• Demonstrate effective classroom techniques and promote mutual respect.
