Job summary

Cadence Education is seeking an Associate Montessori Teacher to join our team and support Montessori classrooms for infants through Kindergarten. This full-time position aligns with our mission to foster a lifelong love of learning in a nurturing environment.

Minimum qualifications include a CDA or Associate’s Degree (or some college coursework) with 18+ years of age; a Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum: CDA or Associate’s Degree or some college coursework.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or Human Development.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Montessori classrooms under the direction of trained teachers.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized learning environment.
• Provide basic care and active supervision of young children as needed.
• Engage in positive redirection to maintain a constructive learning atmosphere.
• Communicate with parents on routine matters regarding child health and care.
