Guidepost Montessori is hiring an Assistant Guide at our Copper Hill school in Santa Clarita. You’ll support a mixed-age Montessori classroom, helping children 0-6 develop independence, confidence, and a love of learning.

You’ll observe, prepare beautiful learning spaces, support small-group activities, and build warm relationships with children and families, while collaborating with Lead Guides to foster a calm, respectful classroom community.

Qualificações

• Experience working with children ages 3-6 in a school or childcare setting.
• A positive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset.
• A genuine love for working with young children.
• Interest in learning and growing within the Montessori approach (prior Montessori experience is welcome but not required).
• Child Development Background with 12 core Early Childhood Education Units.
