Guidepost Montessori Hampshire is seeking an Assistant Guide to support a mixed-age Montessori classroom for children aged 0–6. You will help create calm, engaging spaces and assist in personalized activities that build independence and confidence.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Lead Guides, ongoing growth, and a commitment to respectful, caring interactions with children and families. A sponsored Montessori diploma pathway and professional development are offered.

Qualifications

• Meet state education and experience requirements.
• Experience working with children ages 3–6 in a school or childcare setting.
• A positive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset.
• A genuine love for working with young children.
• Interest in learning and growing within the Montessori approach (prior Montessori experience is welcome but not required).

Responsibilities

• Observe children closely to understand and support their individual needs.
