Guidepost Montessori is hiring an Assistant Guide at our Deerfield campus to support a mixed-age classroom for children aged 0-6, helping them gain independence, confidence, and a love of learning.

You will prepare engaging environments, support individual and small-group activities, and build warm relationships with children and families. This role includes sponsored Montessori diploma training, professional development, and growth opportunities within a supportive team.
