Guidepost Montessori in Gambrills, MD is seeking an Assistant Guide to support a mixed-age classroom (infant to 6 years) and help create a calm, engaging learning environment where children explore and grow at their own pace.

You will collaborate with Lead Guides and families, observe children, and assist in preparing beautiful learning spaces. You’ll support individualized and small-group activities while demonstrating patience, respect, and care.

Formación

• Meet state education requirements and have experience with children 3-6 in school or childcare settings.
• Demonstrate patience and a collaborative mindset.
• Show genuine love for working with young children.
• Wostered willingness to learn Montessori methods.
• Ability to observe and support individualized and small-group activities.
