Guidepost Montessori in Cary, NC is seeking an Assistant Guide to support a mixed-age Montessori classroom for children 0-6. You will help create calm, engaging spaces where kids explore and grow at their own pace.

You’ll observe and adapt to each child’s needs, assist in preparing the environment, and collaborate with Lead Guides to foster a warm classroom community. The role offers Montessori diploma sponsorship and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children ages 3-6 in a school or childcare setting.
• Positive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset.
• Love for working with young children.
