Job summary

Guidepost Montessori in San Rafael is seeking Assistant Guides passionate about supporting children’s growth. In this role, you will help create a calm, engaging Montessori environment for children aged 0-6. You will observe, support, and build relationships with children while working collaboratively with Lead Guides.

Qualifications

• Experience with children ages 3–6 in a school or childcare setting.
• Prior Montessori experience is welcome but not required.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
