Guidepost Montessori is hiring an Assistant Guide for Celebration Park to support a mixed-age Montessori classroom for children 0–6. You’ll help create a calm, engaging space where kids can explore and grow at their own pace, under the guidance of Lead Guides and a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children ages 3–6 in a school or childcare setting.
• Positive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset.
• Love for working with young children and willingness to grow in Montessori methods.
• Interest in learning within the Montessori approach (prior experience welcome).

• Observe and support children in a mixed-age Montessori classroom.
