Guidepost Montessori invites applications for an Assistant Guide at our The Woodlands in Spring, Texas school. You will support a mixed-age Montessori classroom (Infant to 6 years) and help create calm, engaging spaces where children can explore, learn, and grow at their own pace.

You’ll partner with Lead Guides and families to foster independence, confidence, and a love of learning, while embracing a collaborative, purpose-driven environment that values each child’s unique journey.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children ages 0–6 in a school or childcare setting.
• Positive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset.
• Genuine love for working with young children.
• Interest in learning within the Montessori approach.

Responsibilities

• Observe children closely to understand and support their individual needs
• Help prepare and maintain a beautiful, orderly classroom environment
• Support individual and small-group learning activities
• Build warm, respectful relationships with children and families
