• Experience with children in an educational or caregiving setting preferred.

• Supervise students during latchkey hours before school and after school, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Monitor student behavior and enforce school rules to maintain a respectful and orderly environment.
• Assist students with homework and schoolwork, providing support and guidance as needed.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding student behavior and any relevant issues.
• Manage conflicts and resolve issues in a calm and constructive manner, fostering a positive atmosphere.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the latchkey program space.
• Attend training sessions and staff meetings as necessary to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the position.
