Guidepost Montessori in North Scottsdale is hiring an Admin Assistant/Afternoon Extended Day Coordinator to support school operations and run the 0-6 program after school. You'll prepare materials, coordinate activities, greet families, and help ensure a calm, engaging end to the day.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young children in a school, childcare, or camp setting.

Responsibilities

• Support the school leadership team with administrative tasks.

• Coordinate activities and staffing for the extended day program across the school.
• Create a calm, safe, and engaging after-school environment.
• Facilitate a mix of structured and open-ended activities.
• Prepare materials and maintain an orderly space.
• Welcome and engage with families at pick-up and share updates.
