Cincinnati Public Schools is seeking a Montessori Ages 9-12 (Gr 4-6) Math/Science (Social Studies) Teacher at Pleasant Ridge Montessori Elementary School in Cincinnati, Ohio. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in education and an Ohio teaching license. It is a 191-day limited contract with compensation described in the CFT agreement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in elementary or secondary education from an accredited college or university.
• Ohio teaching license appropriate for subject(s) and grade levels taught.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, engaging classroom and promote student growth.
• Identify, select, and adapt instructional resources to meet diverse learning needs.
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians using district tools.
• Collaborate with peers and administrators to enhance the instructional environment.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress.
• Utilize technology to support student learning and engagement.
