Job summary

Eqvista is seeking an Inbound Account Executive to qualify and convert high-intent inbound leads, supporting the sales cycle and delivering a best-in-class buying experience. This contract-to-permanent role is based in downtown Monterey, CA, with in-office work five days a week.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in SDR, inbound and outbound sales experience.
• Experience qualifying inbound leads in B2B, fintech, or SaaS.
• Finance education or finance environment experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with equity concepts is a plus.
• Familiarity with sales tools ( Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot ) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the first impression to founders, CFOs, and executives with clear, confident communication.
• Qualify inbound leads and convert high-intent inquiries; support deal cycles.
• Coordinate proposals, follow-ups, and maintain CRM records in HubSpot.
• Help identify patterns in inbound demand and refine messaging and processes.
