Job summary

Better Together is seeking a Partnership Manager to grow Montana partnerships with churches, donors, employers and community partners. The role reports to the Regional Executive Director and involves researching programs, prospecting, presenting, and networking to expand the mission.

Ideal candidates will have strong sales and communication skills, a high school diploma or higher, and a passion for Better Together's mission to strengthen families through compassionate community and employment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma; associate degree preferred.
• Strong sales skills and excellent verbal and written communication.
• Attention to detail and ability to research, prospect and close partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Research potential churches, donors, employers and partners to foster Montana partnerships.
• Prospect and close local partnerships; create outreach emails and manage lead flow.
