Job summary

Star Electric, Inc. in Montana seeks an experienced Electrical Foreman who can lead commercial and industrial projects from start to finish, develop people, raise standards, and create a culture of excellence.

You will mentor apprentices and Journeymen, coordinate with Project Managers and customers, uphold safety and quality, and travel throughout Montana as needed to deliver exceptional results.

Qualifications

• Montana Journeyman Electrician License is required.
• Experience leading commercial or industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, plans, and specifications.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to develop and coach others.
• Willingness to travel throughout Montana.

Responsibilities

• Leading commercial and industrial electrical projects from start to finish.
• Managing manpower, production, schedules, and jobsite execution.
• Developing and mentoring apprentices and Journeymen.
• Maintaining exceptional safety and quality standards.
• Coordinating with Project Managers, customers, and subcontractors.
• Identifying and solving problems before they impact the project.
• Building a culture of accountability, professionalism, and teamwork.
• Ensuring projects are delivered with excellence.
