Job summary

A Quality Facility Services (AQFS) is hiring an Area Manager for the East Pittsburgh area addressing multiple accounts and leading janitorial teams. The role is primarily 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM with ~70% travel, and requires strong leadership and customer service to ensure outstanding results.

You'll recruit, train, coach staff, manage labor budgets, and improve operations while fostering growth from within. AQFS offers paid training, health insurance, 401k, and advancement opportunities.
