Job summary

Scopely is seeking a Producer for the MONOPOLY GO! team in Culver City with hybrid options or remote work within the US or Canada. You’ll be embedded in a feature pod, delivering well tested features and ensuring teams have what they need to succeed.

You will support live incidents, manage the development pipeline, and drive process improvements while coordinating across departments to maintain high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in mobile game production.
• Ability to adapt and complete tasks on the fly.
• Skilled at facilitating cross-team discussion and planning.
• Outstanding communication; able to articulate sophisticated business situations.
• Strong ability to keep teams motivated and engaged.

Responsibilities

• Embed in a feature pod and deliver well tested, polished features for players.
• Support live game incidents, including on call hours.
• Own the End to End feature team’s development pipeline and process.
• Ensure timely, high-quality feature development and delivery; coordinate production activities.
• Help implement and follow Agile/Scrum practices across the pod.
• Liaise between cross departments as per project needs.
• Set up concise, clear communication protocols inside and outside the team.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance production pipeline.
