Assisting Hands Baltimore North is seeking dedicated caregivers to provide hands-on care and companionship for clients in Baltimore North, MD. This role welcomes both full-time and part-time schedules, with a focus on safety, empathy, and reliable, consistent care.

Ideal candidates have an active CNA license (preferred 1 year caregiving), a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation. The role offers ongoing clinical training, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Active CNA license required (preferred 1 year of caregiving experience).
• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable vehicle and proof of insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Must be 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting.
• Deliver accurate medication reminders.
• Support safe mobility, transfers, and fall-prevention practices.
• Prepare simple, client-appropriate meals.
• Maintain a clean, safe home environment.
• Offer compassionate companionship and emotional support.
• Document and report changes in client condition promptly and professionally.
• Transport clients to medical appointments or essential errands.
