Assisting Hands Baltimore North is seeking dedicated caregivers for full-time or part-time professional caregiving roles. Use clinical skills to support individuals who depend on you, ensuring safety, dignity, and overall well-being.

You’ll provide hands-on assistance, medication reminders, mobility support, and companionship, with ongoing clinical training and opportunities for advancement. Flexible schedules and same‑day pay are offered.

Qualifications

• Active CNA license required (preferred 1 year of caregiving experience)
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle and proof of insurance
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen
• Must be 18 or older

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting
• Deliver medication reminders accurately and on time
• Support safe mobility, transfers, and fall-prevention protocols
• Prepare simple, client-appropriate meals per care plans
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe environment
• Offer compassionate companionship and emotional support
• Document and report changes in client condition promptly
• Transport clients to medical appointments or errands
