Job summary

Koniag Information Security Services, LLC is seeking a Monitoring Engineer with a Top Secret security clearance to support our government customer in Washington, DC. This position entails optimizing vSphere Infrastructure and providing technical engineering support in a virtualized environment.

The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience along with strong communication skills and a Bachelor's degree in a related field. An exceptional compensation package including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401K with matching, and paid time off is offered.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years' experience providing Tier III level technical engineering support in VMWare infrastructure.
• Experience with VMotion and VMware products such as vROps and vRLi.
• Active DoD Top Secret Clearance required; Secret may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Optimize and improve management of vSphere Infrastructure.
• Provide instrumentation for proactive diagnostic insight.
• Maintain technical documentation for monitoring solutions.
