Sharp HealthCare is seeking a Monitor Technician to observe cardiac rhythm strips, report changes to the Unit RN, and deliver rhythm strips to units. The role also involves monitoring other devices for seizures and fall risks, and documenting patient arrivals and departures per unit policy.
The position is covered by a SEIU CBA and will be posted internally for STC SEIU Bargaining Unit members from 08/20/26 to 08/27/26.

Hourly Pay Range (Minimum - Midpoint - Maximum): $25.000 - $29.000 - $34.320
This position is covered by a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) with SEIU.
In alignment with the STC SEIU CBA, this position will be posted for 7 days internally from 08/20/26 to 08/27/26 and available only to existing members of the ratified STC SEIU Bargaining Unit.
Responsible for the observation of cardiac rhythm strips. Reports and records changes in cardiac wave forms to Registered Nurse (RN). Delivers rhythm strips. Documents patient arrivals and departures per unit policy. In addition, responsible for the monitoring of other devices including but not limited to seizure patients and patients at risk for falls. Other duties as assigned by management.
