Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a telemetry monitoring professional to observe cardiac rhythms for patients on telemetry, and promptly report any dysrhythmias to the designated staff. The role requires basic computer skills and completion of an ECG course or exam within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

  • Continuous observation of cardiac rhythms on telemetry patients.
  • Reporting of dysrhythmias to the appropriate staff.
  • Electrocardiogram course or exam completion within 30 days of hire.

Description

Responsible for the continuous observation of cardiac rhythms on patients requiring telemetry monitoring and reporting of dysrhythmia to the appropriate individual. Estimated pay range for this position is $16.00 - $20.54 / hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

Degrees:

  • High School,Cert,GED,Trn,Exper.
Additional Qualifications
  • 1 year experience preferred.
  • Basic Life Support preferred.
  • Successful completion of an electrocardiogram course or experience and upon hire successful completion of the electrocardiogram monitoring exam within 30 days of hire.
  • Basic computer skills.
Minimum Required Experience: Proven experience identifying various arrythmias and/or Telemetry certification required
