Job summary

Half Hollow Hills High School West is seeking candidates to fill hallway and lunchroom monitor vacancies. Responsibilities include supervising hallways, bathrooms, cafeteria areas and locker rooms, and maintaining a friendly, calm demeanor.

Starting hours are 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM on school days. The position pays $17.26/hour and requires reliable daily attendance and de-escalation of conflicts as needed.

Monitor the hallway, bathroom, cafeteria, and locker room (as assigned)
Supervise bathroom sign-in processes
Perform light cleaning duties of cafeteria tables (as applicable)
Maintain a friendly, warm, and calm demeanor
De-escalate situations through tactful dialogue
Develop positive relationships with students, coworkers, faculty, and staff
Report punctually to campus each school day
Report to building administration any concerns regarding students, coworkers, faculty, and staff
