Job Details

• Position: Mongolian Telephone Interpreter
• Location: Remote in the United States
• Pay: $0.75 - $0.90 per minute, varying by time and interpretation level

Responsibilities

• Handle on-demand calls, interpreting between Mongolian and English
• Maintain professionalism, clarity, and cultural sensitivity
• Follow client protocols, especially during sensitive or emotional calls
• Ensure punctuality and availability during scheduled hours

Qualifications

• Fluency in Mongolian and English, including cultural nuances
• Strong listening, retention, and note-taking skills
• Ability to remain neutral and professional, even in stressful situations
• High school diploma or equivalent; legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read and write in both languages (highly preferred)

Technical & Physical Requirements

• Dedicated device with internet access, quiet workspace
• Manual dexterity for typing
• Ability to lift up to 26 lbs.
