My Secure Advantage offers a 100% remote Money Coach role in the United States. You will coach members on budgeting, debt, credit, homebuying, and other financial topics, guiding them toward long-term financial health through a strong coaching relationship.

About the role

We’re searching for financial professionals who have a passion for helping people achieve their financial goals. An ideal Money Coach can share new perspectives on money management and drive home the value of a long-term coaching relationship. Money Coaches are instrumental in inspiring behaviors and financial habits that lead to a brighter future.

We provide full-spectrum financial counseling and education, and we are specifically interested in AFCs to coach on a wide range of topics, including budget, debt, credit, homebuying, student loans, etc.

We serve a wide range of corporations and organizations across both the public and private sectors. We are currently looking to expand our pool of Money Coaches.

Our Money Coaches love being part of our experienced and professional team. We hold each other accountable for high standards and continuous development. We are people of integrity who thrive on teamwork. We’re quick to laugh and love having fun at work! We give grace for mistakes. We recognize core strengths and set each other up for success.

We will guide you through a comprehensive and engaging training program – so if you have these qualities, but haven’t been a coach, we’ll equip you for success.

Available to work two evenings per week.

To be successful with us, you must have

5+ years' experience in a relevant consumer finance arena

Motivational skills to inspire behavioral change around personal financial habits

Proven track record persuading clients to engage in value-added services and solutions

Superlative listening skills that lead you to empathy and understanding

Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience

A high level of comfort with computers, software, and technology

An openness to a culture of continuous development

A passion for helping people in need
