We’re hiring an Associate Financial Wellness Specialist to join our Education team in Roseville, CA. You’ll deliver financial wellness presentations — virtual and in-person — that do more than inform. They activate. Your goal is to move people from curiosity to commitment: scheduling their first coaching session, completing an assessment, or taking a concrete next step.
This is a growth-track position. You’ll start as an Associate with hands‑on mentorship and clear benchmarks, with a defined path to our full Financial Wellness Specialist role.

$58,000 – $72,000 base salary depending on experience and credentials, plus a performance bonus of $3,000 – $5,000 tied to your presentation impact metrics. Candidates with a Series 65 or equivalent credentials may qualify for the upper end of the range.
