Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in Florida seeks compassionate caregivers to provide in-home non-medical care, companionship, and support primarily in clients' homes.

You will assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders while building trusting relationships with clients and their families. A background screening through the Clearinghouse is required, and flexibility in scheduling is valued to cover shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Background screening will be required through Clearinghouse.
• Non-medical in-home care including companionship, light housekeeping and meal prep.
• Reliable, punctual and able to build professional relationships with clients and families.

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement.
• Assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers.
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts.
