Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in Arizona is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our team. We provide life-energizing care at clients' homes, with flexible 2–4 hour shifts including housekeeping, personal care, and respite care.

Earn $16.00 to $19.00 per hour, with direct deposit, paid orientation and ongoing training, overtime and holiday pay, and a supportive team environment. Requirements: 1–3 years caregiving, valid driver's license, background check, CPR/First Aid, and DCW certification.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of caregiving experience.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and current auto insurance.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain).
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willing to obtain).
• DCW (Direct Care Worker) certification (or willing to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social engagement for clients.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Help with errands and personal care needs for female and/or male clients.
• Establish professional relationships with clients, families, and coworkers.
• Provide reliable, punctual care by consistently covering shifts.
