Job summary

Ace Hardware Home Services, Inc. is seeking a residential HVAC installer in the Atlanta area to join Moncrief Heating & Air Conditioning, now part of Ace Hardware Home Services. You will install HVAC equipment, run ductwork, and ensure top quality service for customers with minimal supervision.

A valid driver’s license and 3+ years of experience are required; EPA certification is preferred and Service Titan is used to track materials and timeclock for projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years residential HVAC installation experience required.
• Experience with ductwork, piping, oil, geothermal, and air flow is preferred.
• EPA Universal Certification preferred; available through Ace Training Academy if needed.
• A valid driver's license with at least 3 years of US driving experience is required.
• High standards for your work; excellence & integrity matter.
• Growth mindset and willingness to improve daily.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

Physical Requirements

• Physically able to work on HVAC units - must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time.
• Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, crawling, or climbing ladders.
• Ability to work outside; exposed to heat and cold.
• Ability to hear and speak to exchange information.
