A leading healthcare organization in Lowell, MA is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to participate in home care services for geriatric patients. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in community health, RN licensure in Massachusetts, and strong assessment skills. This role offers excellent benefits, including health insurance and paid time off, with no nights or weekends required.

Formación

• Current Licensure as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts is required.
• Current CPR certification is mandatory.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience working in community health is required.

Responsabilidades

• Conducts monthly homecare rounds and reviews homecare services.
• Provides home visits to assess changes in medical status.
• Ensures timely documentation in participants’ charts.

Conocimientos

Experience with geriatric population

Effective communication

Ability to perform nursing assessments

Educación

Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing

Successful Completion of an Accredited R. N. Program
