Job summary

ServiceMaster Services is seeking a General Cleaner to perform janitorial duties for client offices in the Downtown Richmond area. The role supports a clean, safe environment during standard daytime hours (M-F, 8:00am–5:00pm), with a 40-hour workweek and pay of $15.00 per hour.

The candidate will perform trash removal, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and restroom cleaning, while maintaining quality service and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to communicate effectively with client contacts and co-workers.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision and as part of a team.
• Physically able to perform tasks including standing, walking, bending and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Provide janitorial services and supervision for clients' offices in the Richmond area.
• Maintain a clean, secure and safe environment during shifts.
• Complete cleaning tasks such as trash removal, vacuuming, dusting, mopping and restroom cleaning.
• Collaborate with ServiceMaster team members to execute the cleaning plan efficiently.
• Respond promptly to customer requests and concerns to ensure satisfaction.
