Responsibilities include service requests, preventive maintenance, turns, plumbing and electrical tasks, and basic repairs. The ideal candidate is reliable, customer-focused, and capable of troubleshooting a range of issues across the community.

Qualifications

• Experience in apartment, residential, or property maintenance preferred.
• Knowledge of general maintenance techniques, plumbing and electrical basics.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of issues across the property.
• Strong customer service mindset and reliable attendance.
• Ability to lift and use maintenance equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests efficiently and professionally.
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance throughout the property.
• Assist with apartment turns and make-ready units.
• Troubleshoot and repair issues in occupied and vacant apartments.
• Perform basic plumbing repairs and electrical work.
• Repair appliances, drywall, painting, and basic carpentry.
• Maintain common areas and amenities and conduct property inspections.
• Ensure safety standards and company policies are followed.
