CGI is seeking a Momentum Systems Support Specialist to provide first line support for Momentum ERP and related systems at the Arlington, VA client location. You will enter and track tickets in Jira Service Management, assist users with questions, and escalate issues as needed, while maintaining a professional help desk environment.

Provide first line support for Momentum ERP and related systems. Assist users with basic questions, gather information about issues, and escalation tickets to senior team members when needed. Enter and update tickets in Jira Service Management. Support daily service desk operations, interact with users in a professional and friendly manner, and help maintain an organized and responsive help desk environment. Participate in training, job shadowing, and coaching sessions with senior team members. This role requires consistent on site presence at the client location five days per week.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Strong communication and customer service skills. Interest in technology, problem solving, and learning new systems. Ability to work on site at the client location five days per week. Ability to collaborate with others in a team environment. U.S. citizenship is required. High school diploma or equivalent required.
Desired qualifications/non essential skills required:
Familiarity with Jira Service Management or similar ticketing platforms. Interest in ERP systems or government systems support. Experience in customer service, retail, call centers, or similar environments. Strong organization, reliability, and willingness to learn. Candidates who enjoy helping users and growing their skills will thrive in this role.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $51,600.00 $121,100.00.
