Job summary

Ibility in Gaithersburg, MD is seeking a Momentum Subject Matter Expert to support federal demonstrations, stakeholder engagement, and user adoption efforts. You will translate complex Momentum concepts into clear business language and serve as a trusted advisor to agency stakeholders during workshops and client meetings.

The role requires creating realistic sandbox environments, loading test data, and tailoring demonstrations to both technical and non-technical audiences while ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• 4+ years of Momentum experience in large federal contracts.
• Experience leading product demonstrations and stakeholder trainings.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
• Experience configuring sandbox/test environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead product demonstrations for clients, stakeholders, and end users.
• Demonstrate Momentum functionality and business processes.
• Prepare demo-ready sandbox environments with test data.
• Develop realistic datasets and end-to-end business scenarios.
• Translate technical concepts into user-friendly language.
• Address stakeholder questions during demonstrations and workshops.
• Troubleshoot questions in real time during sessions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reflect customer requirements.
• Support user adoption and change management activities.
• Update demonstrations based on feedback and new capabilities.
