JOB SUMMARY

Mom Technician will support our cultivation operations and contribute to the production of high-quality cannabis products. As a Mom Technician, you will play a vital role in nurturing and maintaining healthy cannabis plants throughout their growth cycle.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES

1. Monitor and maintain plant health by watering, feeding, pruning, and trellising as needed.
2. Implement pest and disease management protocols to ensure a healthy growing environment.
3. Conduct regular inspections and identify any issues or abnormalities in plant growth.
4. Assist in all stages of plant cultivation, including cloning, transplanting, and harvesting.
5. Follow cultivation schedules and tasks outlined by supervisors to meet production goals.
6. Monitor environmental factors such as temperature, humidity, and light levels to optimize plant growth.
7. Adhere to all regulatory requirements and company policies related to cannabis cultivation.
8. Maintain accurate records of cultivation activities, including plant inventory, treatments, and observations.
9. Assist with inventory management and tracking of plant growth stages.
10. Work collaboratively with cultivation team members and supervisors to achieve operational objectives.
11. Communicate effectively and contribute ideas for process improvement and efficiency.
12. Participate in training sessions and stay updated on industry best practices.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Must be 21 years or older.
2. Previous experience in cannabis cultivation or a related field is preferred.
3. Knowledge of plant biology, horticulture, or agriculture is beneficial.
4. Familiarity with cannabis cultivation techniques, including cloning and nutrient management.
5. Attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
6. Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
7. Well organized and ability to meet deadlines.
8. Ability to work in a team environment to achieve company goals.
9. Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task.
10. Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment.
11. Full knowledge of all applicable law, regulations, and requirements to always keep the facility at 100% compliance; this includes being up to date on any changes to current applicable laws/regulations.
12. Must be and remain compliant with all regulatory requirements for working in the cannabis industry.
13. Must be able to obtain and retain a Registered Agent Card issued by the state of operation.
