JOB SUMMARY

Mom Technician will support our cultivation operations and contribute to the production of high-quality cannabis products. As a Mom Technician, you will play a vital role in nurturing and maintaining healthy cannabis plants throughout their growth cycle.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES

• Monitor and maintain plant health by watering, feeding, pruning, and trellising as needed.
• Implement pest and disease management protocols to ensure a healthy growing environment.
• Conduct regular inspections and identify any issues or abnormalities in plant growth.
• Assist in all stages of plant cultivation, including cloning, transplanting, and harvesting.
• Follow cultivation schedules and tasks outlined by supervisors to meet production goals.
• Monitor environmental factors such as temperature, humidity, and light levels to optimize plant growth.
• Adhere to all regulatory requirements and company policies related to cannabis cultivation.
• Maintain accurate records of cultivation activities, including plant inventory, treatments, and observations.
• Assist with inventory management and tracking of plant growth stages.
• Work collaboratively with cultivation team members and supervisors to achieve operational objectives.
• Communicate effectively and contribute ideas for process improvement and efficiency.
• Participate in training sessions and stay updated on industry best practices.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Previous experience in cannabis cultivation or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of plant biology, horticulture, or agriculture is beneficial.
• Familiarity with cannabis cultivation techniques, including cloning and nutrient management.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Well organized and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work in a team environment to achieve company goals.
• Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment.
• Full knowledge of all applicable law, regulations, and requirements to always keep the facility at 100% compliance; this includes being up to date on any changes to current applicable laws/regulations.
• Must be and remain compliant with all regulatory requirements for working in the cannabis industry.
• Must be able to obtain and retain a Registered Agent Card issued by the state of operation.
