Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in microbiology, molecular biology, or related biological sciences.
• At least 1 year of laboratory bench experience using PCR and aseptic techniques.
• Must hold a valid Green Card or U.S. citizenship at the time of application.

Responsibilities

• Perform non-research molecular testing of samples for biological threat agents.
• Ensure processing of incoming operational/QA samples with chain of custody.
• Prepare reports and troubleshoot; make recommendations to supervisor for reports.
