Qualifications

• 2+ years of clinical laboratory experience required.
• ASCP/AMT certification required.
• Tennessee license highly preferred; must obtain General MT license within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-complexity molecular diagnostic testing following CLIA, CAP, and state board requirements.
• Operate, maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation.
• Participate in quality assurance activities and CLIA quality program.
• Maintain inventory of reagents and consumables; assist with SOP revisions.
