Job summary

Qualifications

• MD or MD/PhD with molecular pathology fellowship training.
• Board certification or eligibility in Molecular Pathology by the American Board of Pathology.
• Board eligible/certified in Molecular Pathology and eligible for California medical licensure.
• Strong publication record and extramural grant funding preferred.
• Commitment to a clinician-scientist career with clinical, teaching and research duties.

Responsibilities

• Clinical service in molecular pathology and clinical microbiology.
• Sign-out and participation in educational activities.
• Develop and lead a research laboratory with collaborative projects.
• Contribute to teaching and mentoring within the department.
