MHM Solutions, a Centurion Health company, seeks a full-time Microbiologist II to join the Department of Laboratories– Exton office in Exton, PA. The role reports to the AMD Coordinator and collaborates with the microbiology team and supervisor to advance environmental surveillance testing.

Responsibilities include performing real-time PCR for SARS-CoV-2 and other pathogens, QA/QC, and interpreting results to support public health decision-making. Strong sequencing experience is required.

Formación

• One year of professional laboratory work experience in microbiology.
• Bachelor's degree with required microbiology credits or graduate degree in microbiology.
• Experience with sequencing is required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform molecular techniques using real-time PCR or digital PCR for SARS-CoV-2 and other agents on environmental samples.
• Perform pre-analytical checks and water concentration processing steps.
• Conduct QA/QC checks and interpret results to ensure accuracy of tests.
