You will document results in the EMR, perform quality control, and maintain a clean, safe lab while ensuring CLIA, OSHA, HIPAA compliance. The position supports urgent care operations across rural communities.

Qualifications

• CLIA high-complexity testing experience required.
• Two years molecular or PCR testing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or applicable certification in lab science.

Responsibilities

• Perform CLIA high-complexity real-time PCR testing.
• Collect, prepare, process, and analyze patient specimens.
• Document laboratory results in the EMR.
• Quality control and routine maintenance of equipment.
