Qualifications
Two years of clinical laboratory experience, including molecular or PCR-based testing.
Experience in urgent care, primary care, or high-volume clinical settings preferred.
Responsibilities
Perform CLIA high-complexity, real-time PCR testing in accordance with established protocols.
Accurately document laboratory results in the electronic medical record.
Ensure compliance with CLIA, OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control standards.
Skills
Proficiency in real-time PCR and molecular diagnostic techniques
