Job summary

Pantheon is seeking a Molecular Laboratory Technician to join a clinical team focused on high-quality, patient-centered laboratory support. You will extract, amplify, and analyze nucleic acids to aid disease diagnosis and clinical research, ensuring regulatory standards and quality control across procedures.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a science-related field.
• At least 1 year of general laboratory experience.
• AMT or ASCP certification required.
• Vitros Chemistry analyzer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare samples: log, process, and log biological specimens using extraction techniques.
• Perform molecular testing: PCR, RT-qPCR, and DNA/RNA sequencing.
• Maintain quality control: run standards, calibrate equipment, and document QA activities per CLIA/CAP.
• Manage data: accurately enter results into LIMS.
• Maintain and troubleshoot lab equipment and instruments.
• Adhere to biosafety and chemical safety protocols including PPE.
