The technician ensures all laboratory procedures meet regulatory standards while maintaining equipment and strict quality control

Associate's or bachelor’s degree or a science-related degree. Must have at least 1 year of
general laboratory experience.
AMT or ASCP certification required.
Vitros Chemistry analyzer experience preferred
Education: Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Medical Laboratory Science, or a related life science.
Certifications: Preferred credentials include Technologist in Molecular Biology (MB), Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS), or equivalent certifications from ASCP, AAB, or AMT.
Core Skills: Proficiency in PCR, nucleic acid extraction, strong analytical problem-solving, and close attention to detail Attention to detail: Essential for accurate sample tracking, quality control, and preventing contamination.
Problem-solving: Ability to identify and fix issues when test results or equipment deviate from standards.
Communication: Clear reporting of data to supervisors, researchers, or healthcare providers
