Job summary

Universal Diagnostics (UDx) is seeking a Molecular Supervisor to join the Lab Operations Team in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. You will oversee day-to-day molecular operations, lead Molecular Technologists, and coordinate staffing and workflow to meet study timelines.

The role requires hands-on NGS experience, strong leadership, and familiarity with CLIA/CAP high-complexity labs. Join a growing team focused on scalable oncology assays and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biology/chemistry or a related field with hands-on molecular lab experience.
• Minimum 3–5 years supporting NGS laboratory operations, workflow coordination, staff training, and study execution.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills in a fast-paced lab environment.
• Experience staffing, scheduling, performance reviews, and operational execution in molecular labs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience in CLIA/CAP high-complexity laboratories.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily molecular laboratory operations and study execution activities.
• Supervise Molecular Technologists and staff during workflow execution.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and operational workflow planning.
• Support end-to-end NGS workflows including plasma processing and library preparation.
• Ensure reagents, equipment, and resources meet timelines.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
