Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD or MS in relevant genetics/biomedical field with clinical lab experience.
• Licensure/certification: MB(ASCP) preferred or required licensing in FL.
• Experience: 3+ years in diagnostic molecular lab; 5+ years healthcare setting; CAP/CLIA familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor laboratory staff across molecular assays (NGS, qPCR, nucleic acid isolation).
• Develop and implement SOPs; maintain CAP/CLIA compliance and QA/QC.
• Assist with pipeline automation, data metrics, and clinical variant reporting.
